to provide leadership in schools. Analyzes characteristics
of effective leaders, focusing on staff development. Explores
technology and school reform, technology integration, and current issues.
Reflection
Technology Leadership in Schools allowed me to think of the challenges we see in technology very differently.
Throughout this course, I realized that there are many steps and obstacles which impact the inclusion
of technology in schools. Completing the needs assessment and the professional development plan allowed me to see these obstacles more clearly.
