Personal Reflection

When I was working on my Master's degree, Instructional Systems Design was my most difficult course. I was understandably nervous, therefore, to sign up for any other courses that dealt with instructional design. However, I found this course to be much more attainable and gained a lot of valuable experience from it. Of most worth was the opportunity to conduct a needs assessment on the school for which I teach focusing on an area that is meaningful to me. The real world application of design principles has helped solidfy the various components of the design process.
