(3 credit hours)

Personal Reflection

As a natural follow-up to Needs Assessment for Instructional Design, this course focused on the evaluation component of the design process. The curriculum was based entirely on a team project in which we developed a plan for evaluating a web-based learning environment designed to support an introductory sociology course. Throughout the project I developed a greater appreciation for the complex process of evaluation and came to recognize its value in education.
