Here's where you start your journey to a Master's degree focusing on Technology in Schools. You will explore basic instructional design processes and strategies for integrating technology you're your teaching and your students' learning. We also provide an overview of the EdTech field, a survey of emerging trends, and a framework for thinking about learning enabled by technology.

Technology in the classroom can improve student learning, but only if it is used and integrated in the correct way. This course was an overview of how to integrate technology in a positive and meaningful way to benefit all students. Assignments in this course helped me to understand the relationship between teaching, learning, and technology, and the importance of creating a balance between these three. Through the development of a concept map and a technology intergration plan, I learned that to maximize student learning, a teacher must begin with a good constructivist based essential question, and then utilize technology to build on it.
