Course Description

Reflection

This was one of the first classes I took in this program.  Before taking the class, I wondered how relevant it would be to my interests and concerns, but these worries soon proved unjustified. This class provided an insightful look not only into the abstract world of technology administration, but also into the practical aspects of the issues involved in administering the technology at my school. 

One of the best assignments was the staffing plan.  The assignment was to come up with the "ideal" staffing plan for your location.  I completed this project with my boss, Molly Mead, who was also taking the class.  We had a great discussion about what we could do in an 'ideal' situation, and what we might do instead.
