The MU Learning Systems Development and Design Program
The LSDD program is designed to build skills in the design, development and implementation of technology in a wide variety of settings. Technology can benefit both the online or the traditional learner by bringing tools and techniques to enhance the learning experience.
Why LSDD?
I had been an informal professional in the field of learning and development when I decided that I wanted to make it a career. Much had changed since I was first employed and I knew that I needed a program to not only give me a solid foundation in traditional learning theories but one that would also help me be competitive in the work force.
The LSDD track at MU was the perfect blend of the elements I was looking for and provided the convenience for me to complete my studies while maintaining a full time job. I knew that acquiring the skills through the program would immediately enhance my ability to build sound learning systems. In addition it would allow me to negotiate and plan with outside contractors employed to help with large scale implementations.
