Reflection
One important thing I learned from writing my action research plan was that it takes a great deal of thought and research to prove or disprove if something is working in your classroom. Research was a major portion of my work and it took a great deal of time. The information I gained from my research allowed me to become a better teacher. As an undergraduate student and as I have entered my teaching career, I have heard the phrase "research based" teaching. After completing my action research plan, I can now recognize all the work that goes into making a true researched decision. I can recognize how preconceived notions may impact my own research as well as how there may be lack of information. I really feel I gained a great deal of knowledge through my research, planning, and now implementation of my plan.

Action Research Plan
My research was to assess the impact of blogging in a classroom. I evaluated the various uses for blogging in the classroom as well as a variety of subjects that could utilize blogging. I was then able to develop a plan in which to actually evaluate the use of blogging's effectiveness in my own classroom and hopefully throughout my building.
